We have lived in Sicily for more than 10 years, so we have a unique opportunity to see Sicily through the eyes of a foreigner, noticing all the interesting features and also understanding all the subtleties of the mentality since we have been living here for many years.
And we truly love this beautiful and authentic island.
We also truly believe that our work is not just about logistics and a pretty design, we produce bespoked celebrations that have at the core your story and your vision in every detail.
We will provide our expert guidance and support to plan a seamless experience and will allow your story, journey and personality to set the mood for your entire day.
HOW WE WORK

We will sign a contract with you. In the contract, we specify the amount of our fee and this is the only amount that you will give us personally. You will transfer all other payments directly to the vendors.

You tell us how you imagine your ideal day with all details, send us inspiring photos. We carefully and in detail discuss your vision of the wedding. We draw up a budget.

We develop a preliminary project for your wedding. You can see an example of the project down (this project was made for a real Italian couple, but we have replaced the names and photos for privacy reasons).
We provide you with a list of 5-10 atmospheric venus in the area of Sicily you have chosen (the number may vary depending on the seasonal occupancy of the locations)

Next, we physically visit the three venues you have chosen. and call you by video on the day of the visit so that you can see the location online and decide whether it suits you. In case you cannot call, we will send you a detailed video report from each of the three locations.

We send you lists of talented and responsible vendors who have proven themselves to be the best. You will receive a list of 5-10 photographers and 5-10 videographers with links to their portfolios. And also a list of 5-10 florists with examples of their work. We also indicate the current fee of each contractor, requesting their estimate in advance.

Then we select other vendors as catering, lighting specialists, decorators, musicians and DJ, host, stylists, makeup artists. The list of secondary contractors can be extensive and depends on your wishes.

In the meantime, we are engaged in organizing the logistics of your wedding. We help you find and book hotels for you and your guests, select a suitable transfer for you. 10. After the general organization of the wedding day, we move on to detailed development: we help in choosing or develop the entire wedding stationery.

Few months before we will prepare a time schedule for the wedding and a few days before the wedding day, we will send a detailed schedule developed for you, your guests and for vendors.

On the wedding day itself, we are with you and coordinate the wedding day, make sure that the event goes according to plan, interact with the team of contractors, and resolve possible incidents.
We are constantly in touch and answer any of your questions. We always have a Plan B, also plan C and ...plan Z (we hope this never happens:) ).
