- Discuss with Padre Nello the possibility of moving the church ceremony to 3:00 PM and, based on his response, create the final timing.
- Start time: 12:00 PM or 3:00 PM — to be confirmed
- Guest seating: chairs in the church arranged in a semicircle
- Décor: nebbiolina arrangements in front of the church entrance; two fabric welcome banners at the church entrance and at the foot of the hill (where the stairs begin). Baskets with changeable shoes, fans, and umbrellas for guests. At the top, near the church, a small table with cold water.

- Wedding favors (where will they be placed?).

- Upon arrival, will the couple have a toast or not?
- Menu displays (Agata will send them in Italian, to be translated into Spanish).
- Prepare the seating chart (tableau marriage) - where?
- Prepare place cards (Jaime needs to send us the guest list).
- During the aperitif, will there be a separate table just for the couple? (Will food be served to them or will they stay with the guests?)
