Gastronomic part of the program
On the second day, we will go to the outskirts of the city of Ragusa (Ragusa), where we will visit a farm that produces buffalo milk, from which the farm owners create a variety of local cheeses, such as: burrata (burrata), caciocavallo (caciocavallo), ricotta (ricotta) and, of course, unique in its taste mozarella cheese (mozzarella). We will have lunch in a cozy restaurant at the farm, where, in addition to cheeses, we will also try other local products to the accompaniment of crimson homemade guilt.
Cognitive part of the program
After lunch, we will visit the authentic city of Ragusa Ibla (Ragusa Ibla) - one of the most beautiful monument cities of the Italian Baroque, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will walk around the main squares, visit the duomo di San Giorgio (the main cathedral of St. George), listen to a fascinating tour, and all the participants of the tour will be offered a tasting of a wide variety of types of ice cream, some of which tastes really amaze the imagination.
