ISOLA BELLA (TAORMINA)

Isola Bella is one of the most enchanting locations in Sicily, with its crystal-clear waters and lush greenery creating a truly magical atmosphere. The dramatic coastline, paired with the intimate charm of the small island, makes it a breathtaking backdrop for such a meaningful moment. Its natural beauty and sense of seclusion offer the perfect setting for a private and unforgettable proposal.

Pros: an amazing view; in May it’s not yet peak tourist season, so there are relatively few people, three different viewpoints (beach and rocks).
Cons: there may still be people around, as the place is not private.

ROTONDA PRIVATA (TAORMINA)

This rotonda in Taormina is a private terrace with panoramic views over the sea, ideal for a proposal. It can be reserved for exclusive use for an additional fee, ensuring complete privacy.

The location offers a unique elevated viewpoint over the bay, creating a naturally impressive setting without the need for extensive decoration. It is also easily accessible while still feeling secluded, allowing for a smooth and intimate experience.

MARRIAGE PROPOSAL IN CEFALÙ.

Marriage proposal overlooking the waterfront of Cefalu. Although Cefalu is a very touristic city in summer, the view from the pier offers a wonderful view.

In Cefalù there are two especially attractive spots:

The main viewpoint overlooking the bay and the town. It’s very beautiful, but usually crowded.
A fairly secluded spot among the rocks with a view of the sea. There are only a few tourists there.

GROTTA DELLE COLOMBE (ZONA PALERMO)

For a proposal that feels completely extraordinary and far from the typical romantic locations in Sicily, Grotta delle Colombe is a truly unique choice.
Set dramatically between the cliffs and the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, this hidden coastal spot offers an incredible combination of wild nature, ancient rock formations, turquoise water, and complete privacy. The location feels almost untouched and has a spectacular, cinematic atmosphere — perfect for creating a proposal that your clients will remember forever.

It is also an extremely unconventional proposal location. To our knowledge, we have not seen another marriage proposal staged at this exact spot in Sicily, which makes the experience feel especially exclusive and personal.

The location is not accessible by car, so it requires approximately a 15–20 minute walk to reach the proposal point. This makes the arrival itself part of the adventure and adds to the feeling of discovering a hidden place.
For the best visual experience, a drone will be essential. The most spectacular shots can be captured from the sea, showing the couple against the dramatic cliffs, turquoise water, and the entire coastline from above. This will allow us to create truly cinematic footage and capture the scale and beauty of the location in a way that is impossible from land.

RISERVA DELLO ZINGARO (ZONA PALERMO)

If you are looking for a proposal with a more adventurous and natural character, Riserva dello Zingaro is a fantastic option. This protected stretch of coastline is known for its rugged landscapes, secluded bays, and exceptionally clear Mediterranean water.
Unlike a traditional romantic setting, the reserve offers a sense of freedom and escape. The couple can walk along the coastal paths, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and dramatic scenery, before arriving at a secluded viewpoint or one of the reserve’s beautiful coves.

The experience is very much about the journey as well as the proposal itself. Reaching the chosen spot involves walking through the reserve, so it is best suited to couples who enjoy nature and are comfortable with a little adventure. Comfortable footwear is essential.
One of the biggest advantages of Riserva dello Zingaro is the variety of scenery available for photography. The coastline provides numerous perspectives, from elevated viewpoints overlooking the sea to intimate coves right by the water.

For photography and video, drone footage would be a beautiful addition. Aerial shots can reveal the scale of the reserve and show the couple within the vast Sicilian coastline, creating a completely different visual story from a ground-level proposal.

PUNTA BIANCA (ZONA AGRIGENTO)

If you are looking for a proposal with a dramatic and distinctly Sicilian character, Scala dei Turchi near Agrigento is a beautiful choice. The iconic white cliffs, deep blue Mediterranean, and open coastline create a spectacular and romantic setting.

The location is especially beautiful at sunset, when the warm light transforms the cliffs and creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

It is also an excellent setting for photography and video, offering both intimate portraits and dramatic wide shots of the coastline. Drone footage, where permitted, can add an impressive cinematic perspective.
